September Speaker Series with Jacksonville's new Chief Resiliency Officer




Anne Coglianese is Jacksonville’s first Chief Resiliency Officer, a position created in December by the City Council. Anne formerly served as the manager of the coastal resilience program in New Orleans and was a special assistant for climate preparedness for the White House Council on Environmental Quality. She holds a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
